Winter storm Nemo hit Michigan last night. We woke up to about 8-inches of snow – enough to close schools and make travel tricky. The local weather forecasters said tonight that the storm is producing 2 to 3 times more snow at this point as it’s heading east. For those of you in Nemo’s path now – stay safe and warm!
Not everybody likes snowy weather, but I have one furry member in my household that loves it. Here are a few photos to prove that point.
How is the weather where you are?

Janel–A couple of those photos (the first one of Cooper, and the last one–of Cooper alone) would make wonderful note cards.
I am wishing for a snow day. Could you send some of the stuff our way?

I know – too bad this snow came after Christmas, Cooper would’ve been perfect on a holiday card. We’re actually getting rain right now on top of the snow, so I’m not sure what that’s going to bring for tomorrow morning!
Cooper is adorable. He looks like he is having a blast! I haven’t dealt with snow in years so, to me, it’s beautiful…but I sure wouldn’t want to shovel it
Stay safe, dry and warm.

Yes, Cooper loves now. When he realized it had snowed he whined and drove us a bit crazy until we let him out!
Lovely photos. What a great way to enjoy the snow!

I think I tell him he’s handsome almost every day, LOL!
He is SO beautiful, Janel! Love these photos of Cooper and his face covered in snow like that. How easy it is to make pets happy

We call that his powdered sugar doughnut look. The snow builds up between his toes and bothers him, but he never seems to mind it anywhere else, even on his face.
The snow is almost as tall as he is! I moved from the Midwest to the South a few years ago and part of me misses those big snow storms…

The snow isn’t fun if you have to get somewhere, but I love a good snowstorm too. A nice day to read, drink hot coffee and play with the dog.
Oh my gosh, these pics are so cute! I especially love the second one from the bottom. What a beautiful face Cooper has. <3
Clancy would be in seventh heaven with this snow. But his owner doesn't agree so I'm glad we missed it LOL.
