Date Cookie Dough Smoothie
Recipe type: Smoothie
Serves: 1 large or 2 small
Note: If you would like a smoother texture, cook and cool the oatmeal first
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons date paste
  • ¼ cup oatmeal (regular or quick)
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
  1. Put ingredients in blender in order given. Pulse a few times to get everything moving and then blend until smooth.
